The Hellsing manga is awesome. Only one small problem with it (aside from not being released fast enough). It's black and white. So if a character isn't in the anime, we don't know how to draw them in color. This, of course, is a crime against humanity and must not stand. So I compiled a list of fanart links of various Millennium members as a guide of sorts, and from there made the following generalizations:

Major Montana "Piggy" Max
Blond hair, blue eyes, standard Aryan looks. His outfit is usually white or light beige, although I've seen it green and gray before as well,

Commander Joleen Britz
Seen in black top and green pants or other way around. Not much fanart of her yet as her first real fight just started in Young King Ours around the April '04 issue I believe.

Captain Hans Gunsche
Like Schrodinger's uniform, Hirano deviated from the historically accurate. Captain's coat and hat are assumed to be green among the fandom, but the only colors I've found in reproductions of his M-43 field cap were black and "field gray". No green in sight. Also, I have found no such real coat as his, but Captain's looks much better the way it is anyway. I think most of us also assumed he has the standard blondish hair and blue eyes.

First Lieutenant Rip Van Winkle
Black suit, silver pendant, red eyes, tie is most often red as well, sometimes black. Shoes I think are brown brown.

Doc
Blond hair, undetermined eyes because his stupid layered glasses are always shining. I'm assuming blue though. White coat. That is, except for the bloodstains.

Warrant Officer Schrodinger
Okay, here's the most varied out of the bunch. The Japanese fanart sites, as well as lots of English ones are sticking him in a green uniform. I use beige because from what I've seen it's more historically accurate for Hitler Youth (Of course if you're going for total historical accuracy, it might be interesting to know that they wore kerchiefs, not neckties, and longsleeved shirts instead of shortsleeved. So even Hirano wasn't perfectly accurate) For his eyes, I've seen mainly yellow, but that looks better with the green uniforms, so I use blue (also saw red in one place). Blood Knight used to have his eyes blue until they restarted their comic. Hair is pretty much set on blondish, although I've also seen silver.

Here are some of the original links if anyone wants em. The bigger sites (things with other than just fanart) will go in the links section.
